AIRLINE PLASTIC KENNEL QUESTIONS:
WHAT SIZE KENNEL SHOULD I GET?

Your pet should be able to turn around and lie down in a normal position. They should stand without their head or ear tips touching the top of the kennel.
ARE THE KENNELS IATA APPROVED?
Yes, all of our plastic kennels meet IATA requirements to include: 2 dishes, 4 live animal stickers, metal bolts & nuts, and
tie down holes for bungees. Before flying with your pet, please check with your airline to confirm additional regulations.

DO THE KENNELS COME WITH WHEELS?
Yes, all of our plastic kennels come with detachable wheels, with the exception of the small size.
CAN I GET ANOTHER SET OF WHEELS?
Yes! We sell a 4-piece set of upgraded premium Kennel Replacement Wheels.
DO YOU SELL BEDS THAT FIT INSIDE THE KENNELS?
Yes! We sell a product line of Waterproof Plush Beds that fit all six different sizes of kennels that we have.
CAN THE KENNELS INCLUDE A BED WHEN GOING ON A FLIGHT?
IATA allows a bed under 3" high to be inside the kennel on a flight. Be sure to check with your airline's requirements to see if they have any other rules regarding beds.

Yes, our XL Cat Carrier, Multifunctional Carrier, Car Seat Pet Crate, and Pop Open Kennel can hold multiple small pets (depending on their size). We do not recommend to fly multiple pets. Please check with your airline to confirm additional regulations.
DO ANY OF YOUR KENNELS OR CARRIERS INCLUDE A CARRYING STRAP?
Yes, our Premium Pet Carrier has a carrying strap. Also, many of our plastic kennels and carriers include at least one carrying handle.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE KENNEL FABRIC?
We recommend you do spot cleaning using water and a mild,
pet‐safe soap (no bleach).
I HAVE A MISSING/DAMAGED PART, WHAT CAN I DO?
All SportPet products have a 6 month limited manufacturer warranty. Please Contact Us for more assistance.
